Mr Amol Saxena, Founder & Managing Director of Lightpath Ventures, is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and performance of the company. Amol completed his Master of Science from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK and Bachelors of Petroleum Engineering from University of Pune.

Mr Amol’s extensive 25 years of experience in the Energy Sector covers Operations, Engineering, Strategy and Business Development in both Oil & Gas and Renewable energies.

Prior to founding Lightpath Ventures, Mr Amol has worked as COO of Oilmax Energy, Head of Strategy & BD for Essar and other leadership roles with international companies like British Petroleum, Nexen Petroleum etc.

Mr Sunil Kaler, a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Delhi is a seasoned professional with a rich experience spanning close to two decades in the dynamic energy sector.

Over the years, Sunil has held a myriad of pivotal roles within SLB, honing his expertise in operations, sales, technology management and leadership across the vibrant landscapes of India, SE Asia and the Middle East.

As an Independent Director, Sunil with his vast knowledge of the energy sector, brings unique perspective and guidance to Lightpath Ventures Pvt Ltd.
